1、工作内容Work content: 负责根据各部门用人实际及招聘需求,核实岗位招聘具体要求,撰写招聘宣传广告,及时制定并发布岗位招聘信息; Responsible for verifying the specific requirements of job recruitment, writing recruitment advertisements, and timely formulating and releasing job recruitment information according to the actual employment and recruitment needs of various departments; 负责联系并维护荆门区域人才市场,实时更新管理网络招聘信息,拓宽公司的招聘渠道,收集各类人才信息,逐步搭建产品线各类型用工渠道; Responsible for contacting and maintaining the Jingmen regional talent market, updating the recruitment information of the management network in real time, broadening the company's recruitment channels, collecting various types of talent information, and gradually building various types of employment channels for product lines; 负责根据招聘计划,收集简历,对简历进行分类筛选,安排笔试及面试,并根据面试官意见提出综合评价意见; Responsible for collecting resumes according to the recruitment plan, classifying and screening resumes, arranging written tests and interviews, and putting forward comprehensive evaluation opinions according to the opinions of the interviewers; 对拟录用人员进行背景调查,完成薪资沟通、确认后办理录用流程签批、录用通知发放等工作; Conduct background checks on the personnel to be hired, complete salary communication, handle the signing and approval of the recruitment process after confirmation, and issue the employment notice; 负责跟进接待入职人员报到进度,通知相关部门完成入职人员前期准备,并确保其按要求办理入职手续; Responsible for following up the progress of receiving the entry personnel, notifying the relevant departments to complete the preliminary preparation of the entry personnel, and ensuring that they handle the entry procedures as required; 负责待入职人员工衣工鞋领取及出账,入职当天引领安排宿舍; Responsible for the collection and billing of the clothes and shoes of the employees to be hired, and lead the arrangement of dormitories on the day of entry; 负责接待引领入职人员至培训科进行试用期工作讲解,并完成办公文具发放; Responsible for receiving and leading the recruits to the Training Section for probationary work explanations and completing the distribution of office stationery; 负责引领入职人员至部门,对接部门文员及固资管理员,对接申请电脑及IT权限; Responsible for leading the entry personnel to the department, docking the department clerks and fixed capital administrators, docking and applying for computer and IT permissions; 负责开启入职人员的相关门禁考勤权限; Responsible for opening the relevant access control attendance authority of the entry personnel; 负责定期进行人员招聘数据及达成情况统计、汇总; Responsible for regularly carrying out personnel recruitment data and achieving statistics and summaries; 负责新入职员试用期访谈、转正述职评价定级,持续跟进新入职员工作状态,提升留存率; Responsible for the probationary period interviews of new recruits, the evaluation and grading of positive debriefing, continuous follow-up of the work status of new recruits, and the improvement of retention rate; 执行上级临时交付的任务; Perform tasks temporarily assigned by superiors; 任职资格Qualifications: 基本条件 Basic conditions: 教育背景:本科或以上学历; Education background: bachelor degree or above; 工作经验:具备一年以上制造业招聘管理工作经验; Work experience: more than one year working experience in manufacturing recruitment management;
