Personnel job performance review and improvement." 任职资格: 1. Bachelor or Master in engineering related field. 2. At least 10 years (Bachelor) or ＞8 years (MS) seniority of high volume production experiences in advanced Thin Film equipment, min 3 years Fab Manufacturing/ Engineering managerial experienced is preferred.
