职责描述： Take responsibility for WET ETCH process development to achieve new product requirement. 1. Focuses on wet etch research and recipe development. 2. Optimize baseline process to improve product’s performance and yield. 3. Understand the semiconductor industry’s road map, evaluate advance tool, new material and process, give proposal after evaluation and qualify on schedule. 4. Investigate and dispose the process abnormity, root cause identified and fixed, reduce fail rate. 5. Wet etch process routine maintenance and monitor. 6. New engineers on job training 任职要求： 1. 3 years above work experience in semiconductor process. Advanced WET processes and/or 3D NAND experience is preferred. 2. Master degree or above. Majored in microelectronics, physics, chemistry, or material science/engineering.
