Objectives of the Position · Leading and supervising the shift DCS operation on duty· 领导和监督当班DCS生产运行· According to the instruction from department and shift leader, to achieve the target safely and qualified.· 按照部门和生产领班的指令监督管理生产区域安全、高质量的完成当班生产任务。Main Tasks· Strictly obey the rule or process 、labor discipline and of company and EHS requirement, · 严格遵守公司各项规章制度、劳动纪律和EHS制度的要求。· Cooperate with operator on field, to make sure production process smoothly follow DCS recipe procedure, kill DCS alarm, monitoring whole site equipment and facility in DCS to ensure safety and normally operation.· 通过与现场操作工的配合，确保生产流程按照DCS配方顺利运行，处理报警信息，监控全厂设备设施的运行，确保安全正常运行。· To receive and transfer the production information from last shift and to next shift.· 交接班，使用领班交班本形式，接收传递上下班次信息，· Equipment maintain: before and after using the equipment or tools, cleaning and checking the equipment, report maintenance requirement if any defect or abnormity found, to make sure high efficiency production. · 设备保养：设备和工具使用前后进行清洁与点检，发现故障或异常，及时报告，以确保高效的生产。· According to the divisional 5S requirement, to make sure daily clean and tidy. · 按照区域5S要求，确保日常清洁整理。· According to the accumulated experience of daily operation, actively put forward rationalization proposals to management.· 通过日常工作中积累的操作经验，主动向管理人员提出合理化建议· To discover potential safety hazard in production field and report in the form of filling safety report card.· 积极发现工作场所的安全隐患，并填写安全报告卡。· Participate all relative work during Beach II project acceptance and trial run· 参与Beach II项目验收及试生产阶段的各项相关工作 · Attend and pass the external and internal train organized by company· 参加并通过公司组织的本岗位相关的外部取证和内部岗位培训· EHS Responsibilities: see attached Job EHS Responsibility DescriptionMinimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position· Education:高中以上（新招则要求大专以上）· Working Experience: 3年化工操作相关工作经验，能适应倒班工作· Technical
