RCA 故障分析 Root Cause Analyze参与完成对顶端绩效杀手问题的RCA 故障分析.Participate？in analyzing root cause reasons of performance killers.持续改进 Continuous improvement开展设备设施的持续改进工作，提高设备可靠性，满足生产营运的需求.Keep continuous innovation, improve equipment reliability to meet the requirements of production improvement. 日常改造和小项目Small modifications and projects 配合执行所负责的小项目和设备改造，确保按时、按质完成，并控制项目费用在预算之内.Responsible for implementing the small modifications and projects scope, schedule, quality and cost.负责与国外供应商和专家进行技术沟通和确认.Responsible for communication with EC experts and external supply vendors. 月度工作汇报Monthly Report每月工作状况汇报（包括设备故障,维修时间统计,预防性维修实施进度汇报）Monthly maintenance report（ Including repair items, downtime records, preventive maintenance status）Education: College or aboveWorking Experience: 3 years or above on mechatronics machine maintain.
